Goal is to add more beans and filler to replace meat and eat healthier.
brown 2 pounds of ground beef with saute function.
Forgot about onions and mushrooms and threw in half way through browning.
Drain meat
add in 3 cans of kidney beans, 2 of black beans
can of chipotle
about half a carton of vegetable broth and bout a little more than half of baby rays
2 cans of diced tomatoes and one small can of tomato paste
decent amount of nutmeg because I don’t know
started the pressure cooker for 10 minutes and realized halfway through the lid wasn’t on all the way so put the lid on correctly
got error sawing add water so added giant can of crushed tomatoes and ran again
got another water error so i might just be done.
added a bunch more pink salt, should of cut up chipotles out of can, probably too bad. kind of spicy but not too bad so far.
might start making dry beans from bag to reduce can waste.
big chipotle chunks will be spice bombs to make me less of a pussy for spicy stuff.
added in remaining bbq sauce, still needs more flavor : /
let it cool tastes really good, got some spice bombs that kill flavor
